In March 2014 we submitted our Request For Evaluation (RFE) to the Landmarks Preservation Commission. It was over 200 pages. Only the first section of 43 pages is here as a download to keep the size manageable. It doesn't include the over 160 pages of individual building data (e.g. building address, architect, style, year built, photo) which was submitted to the LPC printed and bound.
A study area is a group of blocks that are architecturally meritorious and visually worthy of landmark designation because most of the houses are close to their original appearance. These are the blocks the Sunset Parks Landmarks Committee advocates for landmark protection but ultimately only the LPC decides which will be landmarked.
